Horizontal Husk Peeler enables breaking empty grains, cleaning the dirt on the husk, separating the cotyledons, sifting dirt, sand and small grains, and reducing the bacterial content, with the friction motion between the wheat husk and the rotor and the friction motion between the wheat grains.

 

What is a Horizontal Peeler?

It is designed for delicate peeling of wheat husk.

 

What is the Horizontal Peeler Working System?

After the clean wheat is tempered (washed), the wheat is peeled by compressing it between the outer bucket and the pallets placed at different angles on the shaft. The product is separated from the bran by the air process applied during exit.
