CONICAL TARAR

It is used to separate foreign substances such as dust, shell, stalk and straw in the grain. It separates foreign substances from wheat, corn or similar products that have been subjected to a pre-cleaning process, with minimum energy consumption. The machine is fed through an angled pipe and the grain inside is distributed evenly with the help of a conical surface rotary distributor. During this distribution, the grain is exposed to the air flow coming from the opposite direction and is separated from the foreign substances in it.

Conical Scanner, which has an inclined entrance, hits the wings coming to the machine through the inlet pipe and disperses. At this stage, the shell and light grained foreign substances inside the product are removed from the upper throat by air with high gravity. Vacuum air can be adjusted with the valve located on the upper throat.
